Say what you want about relationships but one thing you can't deny is that they require a whole lotta effort. But let's not make it sound like a chore - no. Relationships are the ultimate playground for balancing love, effort, and appreciation. You see, in order for our relationships to flourish and blossom, we invest time, energy, and dedication. This comes in many shapes and forms - some do it through acts of service while others do it by going to therapy. Just like we say, every relationship is different and requires a unique approach.
But just because every relationship is different it doesn't mean that it requires any less appreciation than the next. After all, we as human beings long for belonging and acceptance. And nothing says, 'I love and accept you' than some good ol' words of affirmation.
